Sending Love Gift Bag

Hi, everyone, Kelli here!  Today I have a gift bag to share with you that uses the Fergus Wishing stamp by Wild Rose Studio.  I stamped him in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored him with Copics:
Y35, Y15, Y13, Y11, Y000
YG23, YG21, YG25
YR16, YR15, YR00
V15, V12
R27, R24
I wanted this to be more for a child so I went with brighter colors and added some sparkle and shine.
I decided to use just Fergus again and left the present off.  I inked up most of the stamp using the regular ink pad and then I took my Memento Tuxedo Black marker and inked it closely to the present so that I could make sure not to get any ink where I didn't want it.  That's why I love this stamp, it's so versatile...and adorable!  To get the blue sky and green grass I used the X-Press It Masking Film and masked Fergus so I was able to sponge on the color without getting it on him.  The clouds were also done using the masking paper,  I just cut them by hand.  I seriously love that stuff!  It's nice and thin, sticks well, but comes off easily.  You can also save your masks for use at a later time.  I just put it back on the backing paper and put it in the stamp package.

I added some Glossy Accents to the orange on his ears and feet to add interest and texture.  I think kids, and even adults, are drawn to different textures so I love using this stuff.
Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a great day!  :)
