Heartfelt Thanks Butterfly Card

Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having fun with all the giveaways we have donated to Scrapmaster's Paradise. Make sure to head over there so you don't miss the last iCopic giveaway!

Here is a card for you:

The following Copic Ciao colors were used:
  • 0 (Colorless Blender)
  • 100 (Black)
  • YR04
  • YR07
  • BG34
  • BG23
  • BG49
And here is a tip from Samantha:
"TIP: I actually stamped the butterfly TWICE. Once on the Green Galore cardstock and once on Whisper White. I colored in the one on Whisper White and cut closely around the edges and actually cut off the antennas. But the antennas were stamped on the Green Galore cardstock so they showed up."

Copics for Scrapbooking too!

Happy Friday everyone!

Copic markers are not just for card making. They can be used in your scrapbooks also! Here is a layout made using Copic markers. The flowers across the bottom were stamped and then colored in with Copic Ciao markers from the iCopic store.

The flowers were colored in using R22 and YG67

Look how beautiful these flowers look!

Christmas in May Card

Admittedly, this is a very off season card, but it is never too early to work on those Christmas cards!

Here is a Christmas card Samantha made:

Here is a close up of the snowmen so you can see how they were colored:

To color in the snowmen, she used Copic Ciao markers in the following colors:
  • 100 Black (for the coals and top hats on the snowmen)
  • B02 Robin's Egg Blue (for the blue scarves and hats)
  • B00 Frost Blue (for the snow part of the snowmen and the ground)
  • C3 Cool Gray #3 (used over the B00 on the snowmen that are positioned in the back behind other snowmen so that their shade of blue snow was slightly darker than the snowmen in front. It is very subtle but it makes subtle looking shadows.)
  • RV000 Pale Purple, RV02 Sugared Almond Pink, and RV04 Shock Pink (all for the pink scarves and hats)
