Hi everyone! Samantha here! Today is supposed to be 3d Thursday, but today, I am changing things up by showing you a scrapbook layout. I actually didn't use ANY Copics on my project today *GASP*. . .
I actually used a couple of the other products from the iCopic store! Have a look:
As I always do on my scrapbook layouts, I do my journaling with my
Handy Dandy Multiliner! I use this thing all the time! I outline elements with it, or write with it. There is a little bit of Copic Multiliner on nearly every scrapbook layout I make these days. They come in a variety of colors and line thicknesses. I used the Black Multiliner SP.
Here's the complete layout. This is my silly hubby making faces while washing the dishes. I was actually taking photos of the dogs, I think, but he was just being so silly I had to capture the moment. My hubby is the type of guy who can always make you laugh.
The next thing I want to point out is my buttons I added. There is a real button, and then there are two chipboard buttons. I absolutely LOVE the combination of the various textures and colors when using some faux buttons along with some real ones! It really just adds some extra visual interest to the page. The faux buttons I used came from the Webster's Pages set called:
Trendsetter. This is actually from a button & twine combo set so you can dress up the centers of your buttons or leave them plain.
Here are some additional close up photos:
Well that's all for today, folks!! Tracy will be back tomorrow to share another great project with you!
