Happy Holidays - Penguins

Hi, everyone, Kelli here!  Today I have another holiday card to share with you that uses the adorable Christmas Cuddles stamp by Wild Rose Studio which I stamped in Memento - Tuxedo Black ink.

I colored these little guys using Copics:  R29, R27, R24 and R22 for the red parts of their hats.  For the white parts, I first used B0000 around the edges to give it a little more shading and then put fine clear glitter over the top with a 2-way glue pen.  For their bodies I used C9, C7 and C5 for the black and Y21, Y000 and a lot of 0 (Colorless Blender) for the lighter parts.  Their beaks and feet are Y35, Y23 and Y11.  For their cheeks I used a little bit of red ink on a Q-tip.  If I had chalk, I probably would have chosen that instead.  I'm always finding new things I need to add to my supply, lol.  :)

For the snowy grass that they are standing on, I used some white craft ink that I sponged around the top and then added some glitter.  The sentiment is just one that I had in my stash that I stamped in Onyx Black VersaFine ink.  After that I finished the whole thing off with some white gel pen stitching.
