Bunnies!

Hi everyone, Kelli here!  Today I have a sweet card to share with you.  I used the absolutely adorable Dandelion Love stamp from Crafthouse Press and stamped it in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink.  Those bunnies are so stinking cute!

I colored these little guys with the Copics: E31, Y35, Y23 and Y11.  I know that seems like an odd mix, but it's actually what I use for blonde hair, and they blend relatively easily!  I used R20 for the cheeks and ears.  The grass was done with G20, G21 and the little sprouts of grass with G24.  For the sky I used B0000 and colored around the bunnies with the flicking technique, then used the Colorless Blender to eliminate any of the hard line made by the B0000.  Since the bunnies were so sweet, I was going for a much softer look for the background.  The sentiment is from the For Every Woman stamp set by SP & Company.  It's actually a straight sentiment, but the nice thing about the photopolymer (clear) stamps is you're able to manipulate them to a certain extent if they're thin enough.  I also used some of my favorite Divine Baker's Twine in Green Apple to make a bow and added a little 'mom' heart tag.

For the baby bunnies' tail, I used some white Liquid Applique and then used my heat tool to get the cottony effect.  I think it's adorable and adds just the right touch!  Don't heat it too long though, or you'll get the toasted marshmallow color and that wouldn't be good, lol!

Thanks for stopping by!!!  :)
